The 431 Air Demonstration Squadron consists of approximately 85 Canadian Forces personnel.

Twenty-four of the squadron members comprise the show team that travels during the show season.

The show team has 11 aircraft, nine for aerobatic performances, and two as spares, flown by the team coordinators.

Air Demonstration Squadron the Snowbirds from the Canadian Air Force is based at Moose Jaw in Saskatchewan in Canada.

The aircrew and groundcrew are selected for a two-year tour of duty, with half the personnel changing each year.
