Sanicole's 25th International Airshow, Belgium 80 miles northeast from Brussels, a very small airstrip. Every year they held an airshow and believe me a good one. Many times the smaller airfields doing a better job than the big fields. Sanicole/Leopoldsburg is one of the better airshows. Unfortunately there was no display team this year, (mostly they have the Red arrows or the Frecce Tricolori) in 2002 there will be a team again. The weather this year was a little weird, sun, clouds, hazy and even a few very small rain drops. But it was a good aviation day. |
| The man behind this lovely Airshow is Gilbert Buekenberghs, he is also Chairman of the European Airshow Council | On shows like this there is more than flying, the son of Gilbert, Geoffrey Buekenberghs play's a good piece of music. | Christian Moullec from Bretagne, France | You won't believe this | he is really flying in formation with those birds |
| he won last year the prize "best formation team in de world" why? they follow the leader with out commands over the radio | Casa Aviojet, Spanish Air Force | Casa Aviojet, Spanish Air Force | ||
